Frody Fest has been utilized by a small Costa Rican community as a means to address this unavoidable aspect of Life. Frody Fest prepares us in a playful to manner to face our fears, or at least address what we often ignore. Celebrating Frody Fest annually will help you and your community also turn this topic positive and something you may actually look forward to.
